“PROJECT HOPE” … What is it?
Often times, the people that come to Faith Farm Ministries for help are those who are broken, hopeless and lost. They are down and out … overcome by tough times, beaten down by life. And, unfortunately, many just give up. Some hate themselves. Some aredepressed and suicidal. Loved ones and former friends have given up on them.
These are people who have lost control of their lives as a result of drug and alcohol addictions and abuse. But, there is hope.
“Project Hope” is a 9 month, residential program that is free to the individual that needs help. Because it is free, many seek the help they need without the burden of economic hardship on themselves and their families. Without this opportunity, many of these broken individuals would not be able to get the help they need. Some become incarcerated. Some are homeless and forgotten. And yes, some even die.
It doesn’t have to be that way. It is preventable and YOU are the miracle! You have the power to change a life.
This cornerstone program enables Faith Farm Ministries to nurture a hurting person, bring them back to health physically, psychologically and spiritually, and empower them when they return to their families and communities.
It costs approximately $3,000 per month, per student, to provide food, water, shelter & clothing, life skills training, vocational training, a comprehensive curriculum, counseling and spiritual guidance. Men and women receive what is needed to make them whole. Our goal is to have them get their life back, return to their families, and become productive and successful contributors in the community. Your gift will:
save someone’s life
feed someone who was hungry
give someone safe shelter
help a drop-out get a GED
teach an adult how to read and write
help to re-unite a mom with children that desperately needed her
return a wife’s loving husband, who once was very lost
And save tax dollars, too
